摘要
Abstract
The manufacturing of port machinery is a typical discrete heavy industry,which has the characteristics of personalized products,large parts and high process complexity.The transformation of intelligent manufacturing is related to the future competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,combined with lean concept,focusing on digital transformation and equipment upgrading,the overall idea,content and implementation path of intelligent manufacturing of port machinery are studied,which provide reference for intelligent transformation of large equipment manufacturing enterprises.关键词
