摘要

Abstract

Considering that it is difficult to predict remaining life due to the difficulty in accurately measuring the service stress cycle characteristics of crane structure,in this paper,a mapping relationship model between crane load and structural stress was established,and the stress index of crane structure was mapped and calculated based on service motion parameters,and the service-oriented structural stress cycle characteristics of crane were obtained based on the coupled service information.The remaining life of crane structure is predicted by fracture mechanics theory,and the service cycle of crane is accurately quantified.In addition,taking a certain crane as the research object,based on the limited crane service operation and maintenance data and the research theory proposed in this paper,the stress cycle characteristics of crane structure were mapped and calculated,and the remaining life was predicted,which provides a life cycle-oriented evaluation method for crane safety service.
