Abstract
In bulk cargo equipment,the simplified design of the unloading system has much room for optimization.The portal crane with bucket is a common bulk cargo unloading equipment.When the unloading funnel of the conventional portal crane with bucket moves back and forth,it needs to be installed on the supporting beam structure to prevent the funnel from overturning,which leads to a large structural mass of the whole machine and increases the load of the wharf.The installation size of supporting beam is large,which affects the on-site operation scope of the wharf.The installation of the whole machine is complicated,the installation lasts long and the cost is high.The design structure is complicated,bringing a increase of later maintenance workload and a high cost.In this paper,the design plan of the special-shaped funnel is determined by reviewing the change of the funnel shape of the discharging system and the structure of the special-shaped funnel,which compensates the distance of some funnels moving back and forth,thus optimizing the structural form of the telescopic movement back and forth.The calculation optimization of the front and rear telescopic driving mechanism cancels the telescopic supporting beam of the conventional funnel.The installation plan of the modified discharge funnel is given,which greatly reduces the installation cost and installation cycle.The portal crane with bucket and this movable discharge hopper has the advantages of light weight,convenient installation and less maintenance workload.关键词
