超深地连墙异形槽段多导管同步浇筑系统设计
摘要
Abstract
The design length of the main span of the south channel bridge of a bridge on the Yangtze River is 2300 m,and the anchorage structure adopts the composite underground diaphragm wall foundation serving as the supporting and rotating structure,with a maximum chute depth of 83 m.In the first-stage chute section,the cast-in-place steel shelled concrete wall-forming technology was innovatively adopted,and new technology and equipment were supplied to solve the problem of special-shaped multi-tremie synchronous pouring.Therefore,in this paper,a multi-tremie integrated synchronous pouring solution is puts forward.Firstly,the structural characteristics of the anchorage foundation of the south channel bridge of a bridge on the Yangtze River were analyzed,and the pouring space and design parameters of the special-shaped chute section were determined.Secondly,a multi-tremie synchronous pouring system was designed in detail,which can realize the synchronous pouring of special-shaped chute section through an automatic flow distribution system and an integrated multi-tremie pouring platform.Finally,the pouring process of the special-shaped chute section of the ultra-deep anchorage diaphragm wall is explained,tests about the performance of the multi-tremie synchronous pouring system were carried out at the chute position,and the concrete sealing and secondary concrete pouring were successfully completed.This paper can serve as a reference for the casting of the same kind special-shaped chute section of ultra-deep diaphragm wall in the future.关键词
