摘要

Abstract

Limited to the process technology nowadays,the turning process of T-shaped blade root groove of turbine rotor is complex.Using NX secondary development technology,the modular programming method for the T-shaped blade root groove was studied,and corresponding platform was developed thereafter.According to the curve coding rules,which was based on topology,the groove structures were coded by features of their curves,and automatic identification of T-shaped groove structure was realized.The turning tool paths could be generated in batches after the customized process modules were lead into the platform automatically according to the process steps.The order of the turning paths was sorted according to the process steps,and the automatic generation of process program of blade root groove was realized.This platform could reduce the workload of complex human operation and improve the efficiency of numerical control programming.The research results can provide reference for the similar development of specialized program for typical structures.
