Abstract
Taking the imported small F-class gas turbine as prototype,an independent retrofit design was completed for the first domestic application of heavy-duty gas turbine in sea-floating power barge.The technical characteristics of the prototype machine were showed,and the retrofit design was presented with emphasis,including the design from aspects of the overall layout of shaft system,the coupling of shaft and steel structure foundation,the gear box with flexible coupling,the adaptiveness of bearings,the reinforcement and matching of support components,the marine anti-corrosion,the layout of a new turbine island and the optimization of auxiliary equipment.The retrofit design experience can provide reference for application of other types of heavy-duty gas turbine in sea-floating power barge.关键词
