Abstract

In order to explore the impact of local land use change on urban hydrological process,the efficient and high-precision urban rain-water flood model(GAST)coupled pipe network model(SWMM)was used to simulate the impact of dynamic change of land use types(sin-gle non-permeable land C1,multiple combined non-permeable land C2,single bare land C3,single grassland C4 and single forest land C5)on urban surface inundation and pipe network drainage under different rainfall conditions.The results show that changing the local original land use type(B1)reduces the urban inundation amount in the return period of small rainfall,while it cannot further reduce inundation amount in the return period of heavy rainfall,it is necessary to consider the extreme rainstorm response mode of non-engineering measures.The difference of infiltration capacity(C2>C1>C3>C4>C5)in the dynamic planning area affects the increase of pipe network outlet flow.The greater the infiltration capacity is,the more obvious the impact is on the pipe network outlet flow,while the pipe network runoff control rate shows the opposite trend.Combined with the impact on the waterlogging volume,it can be seen that increasing the infiltration capacity of the underlying surface and combining with the drainage system can further reduce the urban waterlogging risk and the drainage load of the pipe network,and the pipe network runoff control rate can also be an important indicator to evaluate the feasibility of dynamic planning.
