由于气候变化以及城市化发展,引起强降雨等极端天气事件增多,导致城市内涝现象加剧,给城市交通、居民生活和基础设施造成严重影响.基于MIKE FLOOD平台,通过耦合MIKE 11、MIKE URBAN和MIKE 21三个模型,构建了暴雨内涝模型,对深圳市大空港片区内涝问题进行分析.利用2018年"山竹"台风实测暴雨条件下的实测水位、积水深度数据,对模型进行了参数率定和验证.在不同降雨情景下,内涝高风险区域主要集中位于研究区的中部区域以及河流沿岸附近.另外,根据"8·29"实测暴雨潮水位,模拟可得:大空港片区内涝点积水深度在15 cm以上的总积水面积约为7.11 hm2.研究结果可为区域城市内涝防治提供科学的技术支撑.

Due to climate change and urbanization,extreme weather events such as heavy rainfall have increased,leading to the aggravation of urban waterlogging,which has a serious impact on urban traffic,residents'life,and infrastructure.Based on the MIKE FLOOD platform,this paper constructs a rainstorm waterlogging model by coupling the three models of MIKE 11,MIKE URBAN,and MIKE 21 to analyze the waterlogging problem in the Shenzhen Dakonggang area.It calibrates and verifies the parameters of the model using the measured water level and water depth data under the measured rainstorm conditions of Typhoon"Mangkhut"in 2018.Under different rainfall scenarios,the high-risk areas of waterlogging are mainly concentrated in the central region of the study area and near the river bank.In addition,according to the measured tide level of the"8·29"rainstorm,the simulation can be obtained:The total water accumulation area of the waterlogging point in the Dakonggang area with a depth of more than 15 cm is about 7.11 hm2.The research results can provide scientific technical support for the prevention and control of regional urban waterlogging.
