摘要

Abstract

Four cell models were used to study the metabolic activity and mitochondrial morphology on human skin fibroblasts(HFF-1)of tranexamic acid alone and the combination of tranexamic acid+arginine/lysine peptide+glutathione(TXATidePro™),as well as the effects on ATP production,mtDNA copy number and autophagy levels in human keratinocytes(HaCaT),the effects on TNF-α and IL-1β levels in RAW264.7 cells,and the effects on the melanin levels in B16F10 cells.The results show that compared with the control group and tranexamic acid alone,the TXATidePro™ composition significantly promotes cell metabolic activity,improves mitochondrial quality,increases ATP production,reduces mtDNA damage,promotes autophagy,inhibits TNF-α and IL-1β,and reduces melanin content.It is confirmed that the TXATidePro™ composition can achieve anti-inflammation,brightening blemishes and resisting inflammatory pigmentation by improving the mitochondrial and autophagy functions of the skin cells.
