'Six Proverbs'-Guided Full-Course Management of Ovarian Cancer in Si-chuan Cancer Hospital:Practice and Analysis

Abstract
Ovarian cancer is the most lethal malignant tumor in gynecology.In recent years,due to the development of cancer treatment,the progression-free survival and overall survival of ovarian cancer patients have significantly increased,and clinical cure has been achieved.Ovarian cancer has now been considered as a chronic disease,and a full-course management model is advocated.The management of advanced ovarian cancer is quite complex,involving many aspects.In order to achieve excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer,we have summarized six proverbs:Decision-making is the direc-tion;surgery is the foundation;chemotherapy is the key;PARP inhibitor is the hope;MDT is the escort;and the full-course management is the guarantee.These six elements,presented in the order of the diagnosis and treatment process of ovarian cancer,are interlocked and easy to remember,yet comprehensive and profound.It has a good guiding value in the clinical practice of ovarian cancer.关键词
