Key Issues in the Full-Course Management of Ovarian Cancer Patients
摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is the most lethal malignant tumor in the female reproductive system,with key issues in its full-course management including early diagnosis,surgical treatment,chemotherapy and maintenance therapy.This article re-views the full-course management model of ovarian cancer and discusses key issues such as screening and diagnostic measures in diagnosis,selection of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgery in initial treatment,selection of postoperative adjuvant thera-py,and treatment choices in maintenance therapy.It emphasizes that for advanced ovarian cancer patients,the experience of chronic disease management should be drawn upon,treating it as a chronic disease requiring long-term management to im-prove survival rates and quality of life.The article also discusses the treatment strategies for recurrent ovarian cancer,inclu-ding the principles for treating platinum-sensitive recurrence and platinum-resistant recurrence.The best treatment plan and process are formulated for patients with ovarian cancer by comprehensively evaluating each diagnostic and treatment section.关键词
