Ye Tianshi's experience in treating dampness evil
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the academic characteristics of Ye Tianshi in distinguishing and treating dampness evil,in order to guide clinical practice effectively.[Methods]In this paper,through studying the wet disease chapter of Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An,and combining the relevant discussion of Ye Tianshi on dampness evil in other chapters of Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An,the author summarized and sorted out.[Results]Ye thinks that the source of dampness is divided into external and internal,and thinks that dampness pathogenic range is wide,with diffuse,variable,sticky,easy to injure Yang,block qi and other character-istics,in the differentiation and treatment pay attention to the disease,focus on the sanjiao,detailed investigation of the disease,care for Yang,three causes of measures,pay attention to the drug taste,use the ancient prescription.[Conclusion]Ye Tianshi inherited the previous sages,learned from others,and made unique innovations to form a unique Ye's characteristic diagnosis and treatment of dampness.His unique insights,dialectical accuracy,and flexible drug use have guiding significance for clinical dif-ferentiation and treatment of dampness.关键词
