解毒舒肝活血方对原发性肝癌微波消融术后的疗效及对患者肿瘤标志物、免疫功能的影响
The efficacy of Jiedu Shugan Huoxue recipe for primary liver cancer after microwave ablation and its effect on tumor markers and immune function of patients

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Jiedu Shugan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer(PLC)after microwave ablation,and observe the changes of tumor markers and immune-related indicators.Meth-ods:A total of 120patients with PLC who underwent microwave ablation in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(60cases)was given conventional treatment such as liver protection,enzymatic reduction and antiviral treatment after oper-ation,and the observation group(60cases)was given Jiedu Shugan Huoxue Decoction on this basis.The efficacy of the two groups and the serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP),alpha fetoprotein L3(AFP-L3),CD3+,CD4+,CD8+cell absolute value and CD4+/CD8+ratio before and after treatment were compared.Results:ORR and DCR in observation group were 65.00％and 91.67％,respectively,which were higher than 41.67％and 81.67％in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of AFP and AFP-L3were lower than before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of AFP and AFP-L3in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the absolute values of CD3+,CD4+cells and CD4+/CD8+ratio in observation group were higher than before treatment,and the absolute values of CD8+were lower than before treat-ment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the absolute values of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ratio in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the absolute values of CD8+were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The prescription of detoxifying and soothing liver and activating blood can improve the cellular immune function,reduce the levels of tumor markers and improve the short-term efficacy of PLC patients after microwave ablation to a certain extent.关键词
