摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of invigorating kidney and invigorating Qi on liver function,kidney function and urinary protein in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Methods:80patients with primary nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2021to January 2022were divided into two groups by random number table method.40patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and 40patients in the observation group received combined treatment with in-vigorating kidney for qi and promoting blood circulation.Clinical efficacy,liver function,kidney function,urinary protein and other indexes of patients were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy,AST,ALB and BUN of observation group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05),ALT,Scr,24h urinary protein quantity and TC level were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of tonifying kidney and invigorating qi and activating blood in PNS patients is ideal,which can improve liver function,kidney function and urinary protein levels to a certain extent and reduce adverse reactions,which has high application value.关键词
