牵正散合活血通络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证患者疗效及神经功能缺损的影响
Effect of Qianzheng powder combined with Huoxuetongluo Decoction on patients with syndrome of blockade of wind-phlegm-static blood of cerebral infarction in convalescent period and nerve function defect

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qianzheng powder combined with Huoxuetongluo Decoction on the treat-ment of syndrome of blockade of wind-phlegm-static blood of cerebral infarction in convalescence and nerve function defect.Methods:106patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2022to April 2023were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 53patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional westem medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zhuzheng SAN combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoc-tion on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,clinical efficacy,neurological impairment,ability of daily living(NIHSS and MBI),hemorheological parameters and safety were com-pared between the two groups.Results:Aftertreatment,the main disease,secondary disease and total score were lower in 2groups than before treatment,and lower in observation group(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(88.68％vs.71.70％,P＜0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score decreased and MBI score increased in both groups(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,NIHSS score was lower in the observation group,and MBI score was higher(P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment,the whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte volume and fibrinogen water in the 2groups after treatment were decreased on average(P＜0.05),and the above hemorheological parameters in the ob-servation group were decreased compared with the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(control group 7.55％vs.observation group 1.89％)(P＞0.05).Conclusion:In patients with syndrome of blockade of wind-phlegm-static blood of cerebral infarction during recovery period,the treatment of Qianzheng powder combined with Huoxuetongluo Decoction can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve curative effect,promote nerve function repair,enhance daily living ability,improve hemorheology,and do not increase adverse reactions.关键词
