金氏鼻渊方治疗鼻窦炎肺气虚寒证的疗效及对IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、TGF-β1 水平的影响
Efficacy of Jinshi Biyuan decoction in the treatment of sinusitis with syndrome of deficiency and cold of lung qi and its effect on nasal secretion levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,TGF-β1

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Jinshi Biyuan decoction in the treatment of sinusitis with syndrome of defi-ciency and cold of lung qi and its effect on nasal secretion levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,and transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1.Method A total of 100chronic sinusitis cases were selected from the outpatient de-partment of Otolaryngology of Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September of 2021to June of 2023and divided into the control group and the observation group with 50cases in each group according to random number method.Control group patients were treated with conventional drugs,and the patients in observation group were administered by Jinshi Biyuan decoction.Two groups of patients were observed continuously for 1month.The subjective condition score,sinus CT score and endoscopic score,therapeutic effect and the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α and TGF-β1in nasal secretions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,scores of visual analogue Scale(VAS),Lund-Mackay,and Lund-Kennedy were significantly reduced in two groups,and the reduction was more significant in observation group(P＜0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 94.00％,which was significantly higher than that of control group(78.00％)(P＜0.05).After 1month of treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α and TGF-β1in nasal secretions of two groups were significantly reduced,and the reduction was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Jinshi Biyuan decoction in the treatment of sinusitis with syndrome of deficiency and cold of lung qi is evident,can im-prove the clinical symptoms,and inhibit inflammatory response.关键词
