除风益损汤联合聚乙二醇滴眼液对白内障术后干眼症患者疗效及泪液炎症因子水平分析
Analysis of the therapeutic effect and tear inflammatory factor levels of Chufeng Yisun decoction combined with po-lyethylene glycol eye drops on patients with dry eye after cataract surgery

Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Chufeng Yisun decoction combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops on dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery.Methods From August 2020to September 2022,100patients with dry eye syn-drome after cataract surgery in our hospital were regarded as the research objects.They were separated into the control group(50cases,treated with polyethylene glycol eye drops)and the combined group(50cases,treated with Chufeng Yisun decoction based on control group)according to the simple random number table.Clinical efficacy,tear film stability indicators,ocular sur-face disease index(OSDI),optimal corrected visual acuity,tear inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combination group(92.00％)was higher than that of the control group(76.00％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the tear film rupture time(BUT),basal lacrimal gland secretion test(SIt),and best corrected visual acuity in both groups were obviously higher(P＜0.05),while the corneal fluorescence staining score(FL)and OSDI score were obviously reduced(P＜0.05),and the combined group were superior to the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,both groups showed obvious improvement in symptoms such as blurred vision,pain,tearing,photophobia,and ciliary congestion,and the combined group were superior to the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the objective scattering index(OSI)of the two groups was significantly decreased,and the streier ratio(SR)was significantly increased(P＜0.05),and the improvement effect of OSI and SR in the combined group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in both groups were obviously improved,and the improvements of inflammatory factors in the combined group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).During the treatment process,there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Chufeng Yisun decoction combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery,inhibit inflammatory reaction,improve the stability of tear film,promote postoperative vision re-covery,and improve the treatment effect of diseases.关键词
