慢性肾功能衰竭应用中医特色延伸干预对患者生存质量及心理状况的影响
Effect of extended intervention of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics on quality of life and psychological status of patients with chronic renal failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of extended intervention of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics on quality of life and psychological status of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 150patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from June 2021to May 2023were included in the study,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 75patients in each group,using random number table method.The experimental group received extended intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and the control group received conventional extended intervention.Both groups were intervened for 4weeks.The quality of life,comfort,psychological status,sleep and renal function before and after the intervention for 4weeks,the nursing satisfaction after the intervention for 4weeks,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the intervention of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before intervention,after 4weeks of intervention,scores of Health Survey Summary Form 36(SF-36),Barthel Index(BI),Comfort Status Scale(GCQ),the levels of serum hemoglo-bin(Hb)and albumin(ALB)in the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher(P＜0.05).Com-pared with before intervention,after 4weeks of intervention,the levels of serum urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood creatinine(Scr),scores of self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the experimental group were lower(P＜0.05).After 4weeks of interven-tion,the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(92.00％vs 78.67％,P＜0.05).During the intervention period,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group(4.00％vs 16.00％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Extended intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine characteristics could improve the quality of life and com-fort of patients with chronic renal failure,improve psychological status,sleep and renal function,control the occurrence of adverse reactions,and gain the recognition of patients.关键词
