Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of emotional intervention combined with ginger application at Neiguan in impro-ving hyperemesis gravidarum and the impact on pregnant women's psychological states and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 107pregnant women admitted to Fuyang Women and Children's Hospital from November 2021to September 2023were selected as the subjects.Among them,54women(control group)were given routine nursing intervention,and 53women(observation group)were given emotional intervention combined with ginger application at Neiguan on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The im-provement effect on hyperemesis gravidarum was recorded.The changes in psychological states[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]before and after inter-vention were evaluated.Satisfaction of each group was evaluated.Results:The total effective rates of improving hyperemesis gravi-darum in the two groups were 94.34％(50/53)and 81.48％(44/54),with a significant difference between groups(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in HAMA score,HAMD score,scores for items in PSQI and total score between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,above scores were significantly improved(P＜0.05),and scores of the obser-vation group were lower(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the observation group(96.23％)was significantly higher,com-pared with that in the control group(83.33％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Emotional intervention combined with ginger application at Neiguan can not only effectively alleviate hyperemesis gravidarum but also relieve pregnant women's anxiety and depression,and improve their sleep quality and satisfaction.关键词
