Abstract

In order to weaken the crossheading roof of the 10106 working face in Hongyan Coal Mine and reduce the degree of mine pressure manifestation,targeted roof cutting blasting technology is adopted.According to the theory of material mechanics,the deflection model of the roof cantilever beam is divided into bending action part and shear action part.The deflection equation of the mechanical model of the roof cantilever beam structure before and after roof cutting is established.The relationship between the length of the cantilever beam and the lateral displacement of the roadway side is analyzed.The stress change characteristics of the overlying rock under different cutting heights and angles are analyzed through numerical simulation.The optimal parameter configuration is determined to be a cutting height of 15 m and a cutting angle of 20°.Engineering application and monitoring analysis are carried out in the 10106 working face crossheading.The drilling peeking and monitoring of surrounding rock deformation amount show that cracks mostly appear in the form of symmetrical cracks along the arrangement direction of drilling,with a crack formation rate of over 75%.The crack propagation effect is good,and the displacement amount of the roadway surrounding rock has a three-stage change trend of initial deformation stage,rapid deformation stage,and stable deformation stage.The deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock tends to stabilize after lagging behind the working face by 60 m,effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock.
