摘要

Abstract

In view of the relative problems of low recovery rate,high excavation cost,tight mining and excavation connection and so on in the fully mechanized mining face of the medium thick coal seam in Du'erping Coal Mine,taking the stoping roadway of the 62709 working face as the engineering background,combined with theoretical analysis and on-site industrial experiments,the blasting roof cutting pressure relief and retaining roadway along goaf technology are adopted.Through the optimization of key parameters of the roof cutting pressure relief control technology in the medium thick coal seam fully mechanized mining face,the collaborative control scheme of"roof cutting pressure relief+constant resistance large deformation anchor cable combined support"is determined.Under the condition of a roof cutting height of 8 m and a roof cutting angle of 15°,the best roof cutting pressure relief effect is achieved.The on-site test results show that during the stoping process,the roof momentum in the blasting roof cutting section of the roadway decreases by about 40%compared to the roof uncutting section,and the deformation amount on both sides of the roadway decreases by about 50%compared to the roof uncutting section.This technology plays an important role in improving the recovery and utilization rate of coal,alleviating the pressure of tight production continuity,and promoting the sustainable development of coal enterprises.
