姜黄素在心血管疾病中的作用与新型给药策略研究进展
Research progress on the effects and novel drug delivery strategies of curcumin in cardiovascular diseases
摘要
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is the first killer of human life and health,causing heavy health and economic burden.Curcumin,a polyphenol compound,is the main active compound in traditional Chinese medicine turmeric.In recent years,studies have reported that curcumin has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,hypolipidemic,antithrombotic and other beneficial effects,and is expected to become a potential drug for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Here,we give a summary of the latest research progress on the mechanism and novel drug delivery strategies of curcumin in cardiovascular diseases in past three years,thus to provide theoretical basis for the application of curcumin in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.关键词
