摘要

Abstract

To enrich microbial resources for biological control of Plutella xylostella,this study was con-ducted using three fungi strains as Clonostachys rosea,Purpureocillium lilacinum and Bionectria sp.02 with good biocontrol effects.Their virulence to the larvae of P.xylostella was tested,and the strain with high viru-lence was selected,then its virulence was determined and the toxin production conditions were optimized.The results showed that the three strains were all effective in controlling the larvae of P.xylostella,and the most ef-fective one was C.srosea.The virulence test showed that the half lethal time(LT50)and half lethal concentra-tion(LC50)of C.rosea were 30.88 h and 4.365×104 spores per milliliter.According to the optimization results of toxin production conditions of C.rosea,the optimal medium was SDAY,the optimal pH value was 6,and the optimal culture time was 7 days.In summary,C.rosea had the characteristics of high virulence and rapid pathogenicity to the larvae of P.xylostella,so it had great biocontrol potential and could be used as an excel-lent biocontrol fungus against P.xylostella.
