Summary of Best Evidence for Secondary Prevention Management of Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the evidence of secondary prevention management in patients with stroke,aiming to provide a reference for clinical healthcare providers to formulate and implement stroke prevention measures.Methods Based on the"6S"evidence pyramid,guidelines,expert consensuses,evidence summaries and systematic reviews on secondary prevention management of stroke were systematically retrieved from databases in China and abroad from their establishment to February 2022.Subsequently,the retrieved articles were screened,evaluated for quality and summarized for evidence by two independent researchers.Results A total of 15 articles(5 guidelines,2 expert consensuses,2 evidence summaries and 6 systematic reviews)were included,and 34 pieces of evidence were summarized from 3 aspects:risk assessment,multidisciplinary team management and prevention strategies.Conclusion Healthcare providers should pay attention to the secondary prevention management of stroke patients,timely and accurately evaluate their clinical manifestations,and formulate personalized interventions to prevent the occurrence and progression of their diseases,aiming to maximize the quality of life of stroke patients.关键词
