Abstract
A metal mine is located near Xingxingxia to the east of Hami,with granite exposed on the surface.The water resources in the mining area are scarce,and the water supply has become a major problem affecting the production of enterprises.In order to solve the water use difficulties of enterprises,and find the favorable ground water fault,three transient electromagnetic exploration lines were arranged along at the remote sensing inferred fault.After processing and analysis,found a low resistance abnormal area being discovered in the depth above 200 m near the fault,and it was inferred that the shallow area 200 m underground near the fault water maybe existed.Later,drilling in the selected area,disclosed the ground water with the output of 30 m3·h-1,which meets the water demand of the mining area.This exploration application provided reference for the investigation of water resources in similar areas to solve the water use problem.关键词
