Abstract
In order to comprehensively summarize the main practices and achievements of hydropower project resettlement in the middle reaches of Jinsha River,based on the practical experiences of six cascade hydropower stations that have completed the completion acceptance of special resettlement projects,the method of combining comprehensive analysis and practical experience summary is adopted to summarize the outstanding characteristics and common points in the implementation of resettlement policies,the selection of resettlement methods,the management of resettlement implementation,the completion acceptance of special resettlement projects and the estimation of compensation cost of these six cascade hydropower projects,aiming at the prominent problems in the planning,implementation and acceptance of reservoir resettlement in hydropower development process.The processing measures in the acceptance process of special resettlement projects are also analyzed.These characteristics and experiences are expected to provide some reference for the implementation of resettlement projects and the acceptance treatment of special resettlement projects of other large and medium-sized hydropower projects and follow-up hydropower development.关键词
