Abstract
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of different proportions of probiotic fermented feed on the growth performance,blood routine,and immunity of lactating lambs.Sixty healthy suckling lambs aged 20 days were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and five lambs in each replicate.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 42 days.Lambs in the control group were fed with basal pellet diets,while lambs in the experimental groups were fed with pellet diets containing 5.0％,7.5％,and 10.0％probiotic fermented feed,respectively.The results showed that fermented feed significantly increased the final weight and average daily gain of lambs(P＜0.05),and significantly reduced the diarrhea rate(P＜0.05).However,it had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of lambs(P＞0.05).Feeding 7.5％and 10.0％fermented feed significantly increased the hemoglobin concentration and total erythrocyte count of lambs(P＜0.05),feeding 5.0％,7.5％,and 10.0％fermented feed significantly increased the hemoglobin content of lambs(P＜0.05),and feeding 7.5％fermented feed significantly reduced the total leukocyte count of lambs(P＜0.05).5.0％,7.5％,and 10.0％fermented feed could increase the level of IgG in serum of lambs(P＜0.05).Feeding 7.5％and 10.0％fermented diet to lambs could decrease serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels of lambs(P＜0.05),and increase IFN-γ levels(P＜0.05).Fermented feed significantly increased the level of serum IL-10 of lambs(P＜0.05).The study indicates that feeding fermented feed to lambs can promote growth,reduce diarrhea rate,enhance immunity,and improve some blood routine parameters,and 7.5％of fermented feed is more suitable.关键词
