Abstract

The article aimed to investigate the main chemical components and their mechanism of action of Gong Xian Zhi Li San for the treatment of piglet diarrhea based on network pharmacology.The effective components and pathways of Gong Xian Zhi Li San were determined by databases(TCMSP,Herb,OMIM,BIOGPS,etc.).The results showed that a total of 49 active components were collected,including three Mahonia fortunei(Lindl.)Fedde,four Ilex rotunda Thunb,24 Sophora flavescens Aiton,six Geranium wilfordii Maxim,and 12 Acalypha australis L..According to Degree value,the top five components were quercetin,kaempferol,luteolin,β-sitosterol,and palmatine.There were 262 corresponding targets,and the key targets were RELA,MAPK3,MAPK1,HSP90AA1,TNF,and so on.There were 4 012 GO entries,206 CC entries,3 459 BP entries,and 347 MF entries by GO enrichment analysis.The KEGG pathway was enriched with 230 signal pathways,and the targets were mainly acting on the AGE-RAGE,IL-17,and TNF signaling pathways.The study indicates that Gong Xian Zhi Li San improve piglet diarrhea by the regulating AGE-RAGE signal pathway,IL-17 signal pathway,and TNF signal pathway through the action of quercetin,kaempferol,luteolin,β-sitosterol,and palmatine on RELA,MAPK3,MAPK1,HSP90AA1,and TNF.
