Abstract

In order to evaluate the solubility and oxidation characteristics of different forms of trace elements,four groups of different forms of trace elements were set up,namely,traditional inorganic trace elements(ITE group),glycine trace elements(GTE group),compound amino acid trace elements(CATE group),and coated inorganic trace elements(CITE group).The premix of different groups of trace elements provided the same level of trace elements for eel compound feed.The results showed that the dissolution rate of ITE group,GTE group,and CATE group(except copper and iron)was higher at 0.5 h,and almost all of them were dissolved after 4.0 h.The dissolution rates of Cu,Fe,Mn,and Zn in CITE group increased with time,and were significantly lower than those in ITE group,GTE group,and CATE group(P<0.05).After adding calcium dihydrogen phosphate,the dissolution rates of Cu,Fe,Mn,and Zn in ITE group,GTE group,and CATE group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the dissolution rates of Cu,Fe,Mn,and Zn in CITE group increased significantly(P<0.05).The peroxide value of eel feed prepared with different forms of trace element premix increased at first and then decreased.At different time points,the peroxide value of ITE group was the highest,followed by the GTE group,CATE group,and CITE group.The study indicates that the dissolution rate of coated inorganic trace elements and compound amino acid trace elements is lower,which can reduce the peroxide value of eel compound feed,and the effect of coated inorganic trace elements is better.
