摘要
Abstract
Food safety is related to the health of the general public,therefore,the process of food safety informatization needs to be continuously promoted.Now OCR technology is widely used in the market,based on the existing OCR technology widely used in the food industry,the traceability of food origin,to provide protection for consumers;food ingredients list for safe composition analysis,to provide reference for consumers;and nutritional analysis of the nutritional composition table,to facilitate the food users to better understand the specific food,to make the right choice,and to promote a win-win situation for both consumers and the food industry.关键词
