Abstract
This paper focuses on the theoretical analysis of the basic working principle and modulation characteristics of LiNbO3 MZ intensity modulator,the study of the operating point drift mechanism and the current commonly used bias control methods,through the investigation and comparison of the current commonly used bias control methods,to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each method,for the development of the subsequent external modulation and the selection of the bias control scheme to provide guidance for the direction of the development of the subsequent external modulation and bias control scheme selection.关键词
