Abstract
At present,China's government is in a critical period of digital transformation,and the archives department is also actively exploring and looking for new ways and methods to promote the change of the archives management system by using new generation of information technology such as artificial intelligence and big data.The article is based on the requirements of the archive work in the new era,to meet the public's demand for inquiry and utilization of archives,and to explore the optimization path of the archive service system under the support of big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies.关键词
