摘要

Abstract

In order to conduct in-depth intelligent analysis of CNOOC data,achieve standardization of scheme design,intelligent product manufacturing,information technology of operation services,intelligent operation and maintenance technology,and full lifecycle management of products,and thereby improve the standardized management level of mechanical wells,research on artificial lifting intelligent manufacturing database system technology has been carried out.By building and deploying a distributed hybrid HTAP type database,developing an artificial lifting intelligent manufacturing database model,connecting with the machine procurement intelligent manufacturing system and automatically synchronizing equipment data,and constructing a WebApi software system interface,a set of offline data collection artificial lifting intelligent manufacturing database system is formed.At present,real-time collection and monitoring of data from more than 3000 mechanized oil and gas wells of CNOOC have laid a solid foundation for achieving intelligent oil and gas extraction of CNOOC.
