Abstract
News editor is one of the core positions,it is responsible for the collection and processing of news materials,once the ability is not enough will lead to a decline in the quality of the news,so it is necessary to have information technology literacy,combined with the characteristics of the era of integrated media,to strengthen the ability to apply technology to adapt to the multi-platform work mode.Based on this,this paper analyzes the innovative consciousness and integration ability that news editors should have,and clarifies the main promotion path in order to stabilize the working mode and achieve the expected results.关键词
