计算机软件日益广泛的应用使人们更加关注如何更加高效的生产出高质量软件,然而由于软件工程的复杂性,软件的交付周期和质量往往难以保证.虽然在软件工程领域,目前已经有很多标准指导、评估软件工程的有效性和高效性,比如CMMI、SPICE、ASPICE等,但在如何能够在软件工程过程中保证多标准的合规性、如何能保证过程的一致性、以及如何针对特异性软件项目的有效裁剪等方面,一直困扰着软件企业.本篇文章从软件工程过程管理的角度,介绍如何通过有效的辅助性工具管理和组织软件工程中的工具、方法和过程,帮助企业生产出高质量软件.

The increasingly widespread use of computer software has led to increased attention on how to produce high-quality software more efficiently,however,due to the complexity of software engineering,the delivery cycle and quality of software are often difficult to ensure.Although in the field of software engineering,there are already many standards to guide and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of software engineering,such as CMMI,SPICE,ASPICE,etc.,it has been troubling software companies in terms of how to be able to ensure multi-standard compliance in the software engineering process,how to be able to ensure the consistency of the process,as well as how to target the effective tailoring of idiosyncratic software projects.This article introduces how to manage and organize the tools,methods,and processes in software engineering through effective and supportive tools from the perspective of software engineering process management to help companies produce high-quality software.
