摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influencing factors of second-hand house prices in November 2021 in Chengdu.From the data on house prices in 70 large and medium-sized cities released by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2021,it is found that the price of second-hand houses in Chengdu rose by 3.1%year-on-year in November 2021,which is a relatively large increase in all first-and second-tier cities in the country.This paper explores multiple factors affecting second-hand home prices in Chengdu,and uses multivariate data statistical modeling to conduct an in-depth analysis.The findings provide a reference for potential Chengdu second-hand home buyers to make home purchase decisions,aiming to enhance their understanding of the current situation and future trends of the local second-hand housing market.关键词
