干旱胁迫对柠条幼苗生长及生理生化特性的影响
Effect of Drought Stress on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Caragana korshinskii

Abstract
To better understand the physiological response mechanism of Caragana korshinskii under drought stress,the physiological effects of drought stress on Caragana korshinskii seedlings were in-vestigated under artificially controlled environmental conditions(indoor temperature of 4~16 ℃,the light intensity is 6 000~8 000 lux)using lemonade seedlings as test materials.The results showed that with 24 d of drought,the height,stem thickness and leaf area of Caragana korshinskii in the drought stress group showed a decreasing trend,and the activities of peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)showed a general trend of increasing and then decreasing,and the increase was greatest in the 12~18 d of drought stress,whereas in the 24 d,when drought was intensified to the stage of severe stress,the activities of POD and CAT decreased significantly(P<0.05).The SOD activities of Ca-ragana korshinskii leaves increased by 8.94%,31.41%,and 39.82%at 6 d,12 d,and 18 d,respec-tively,compared with those at 0 d,and generally maintained high activities throughout the soil drought stress.It still had a certain reactive oxygen scavenging ability in the later period of heavy drought.The contents of soluble sugar(SS),free proline(PRO)and soluble protein(SP)of seedling leaves showed an increasing trend with the increase of soil drought,in which the differences between PRO and SS contents were not significant and tended to level off in 6 d.The differences between PRO and SS contents were not significant and tended to level off.After 6 d,the contents of PRO and SS in-creased significantly(P<0.05).SP differed very significantly among treatments during the treatment stage.Most of the indicators were significantly correlated with each other,and there was mutual o-verlapping between indicators.Two principal components were derived based on the contribution to the magnitude of drought tolerance.The greater influence on the first principal component is SOD(superoxide dismutase),SS(soluble sugar),and PRO(proline),and POD is used as a secondary in-dicator as a supplementary evaluation and analysis.It can be concluded that Caragana korshinskii have strong drought resistance and can well adapt to drought stress by improving their physiological characteristics.The drought resistance of Caragana korshinskii can be evaluated more accurately by focusing on the changes of indicators with greater influence.关键词
