太原市5种常绿植物入冬期间叶片SPAD值的变化特征
Variation Characteristics in Leaf SPAD Values of 5 Evergreen Plants During Late Autumn Early Winter in Taiyuan

Abstract
SPAD values can reflect the chlorophyll content of plant leaves and is an important indicator to characterize plant growth status.Five evergreen plants in Taiyuan city were used as the research objects,and their SPAD values during late autumn and early winter were measured respectively.Combined with meteorological data,the variation characteristics of their SPAD values were summa-rized by variance analysis,principal component analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed that during late autumn and early winter,the SPAD values of Phyllostachys sulphurea var.viridis and Euonymus fortunei showed a decreasing trend with time as a whole;the variation range of In-docalamus bashanensis was smaller;there was a significant positive correlation between the SPAD val-ues of E.fortunei and P.sulphurea var.Viridis and the air temperature(P<0.01),and a signifi-cant negative correlation between the SPAD values of C.sinensis and the air temperature(P<0.01),indicating that the SPAD values of these three plants were greatly affected by temperature.The SPAD value of Buxus sinica var.parvi folia was significantly negatively correlated with relative humidity(P<0.05).The principal component analysis summarized the six climate indicators into two comprehen-sive factors,namely,the temperature directly affecting the SPAD value of leaves,and the relative hu-midity and sunshine duration indirectly affecting the SPAD value of leaves.In terms of greening appli-cation,the five evergreen plants performed well in the late autumn and early winter period in Taiyuan.This study can provide a reference for the selection,configuration,maintenance and man-agement of green plants in Taiyuan.关键词
