烯效唑对盐胁迫下刺槐生理特性的影响OA

Effects of Uniconazole on the Physiological Characteristics in Robinia pseudoacacia L.under Salt Stress

通过研究烯效唑对盐胁迫下刺槐生理特性的影响规律,可以为科学合理应用烯效唑提高刺槐抗盐能力提供理论依据.试验以1 a生刺槐为试材,设置2g·L-1和4g·L-1两个盐(NaCl)胁迫浓度,设置55 mg·L-1和80 mg·L-两个烯效唑浓度,每个处理3次重复.结果表明:盐胁迫与对照相比显著提高了刺槐O2-和H2O2含量,烯效唑处理显著降低了两个盐浓度胁迫下的O2-和H2O2含量;两个浓度盐胁迫处理与对照相比显著提高了刺槐POD、CAT、APX、GR活性,烯效唑处理显著提高了盐胁迫下4种抗氧化酶活性;在相同盐浓度条件下,两个烯效唑浓度对4种酶活性的影响处于同一水平.综合分析认为,缓解刺槐盐胁迫的适宜烯效唑浓度为55 mg·L-1.

The test studied the effect of physiological characteristics of Robinia pseudoacacia L.under salt stress.The 1-year-old Robinia pseudoacacia L.was applied as the test material,and then two salt stress concentrations of 2 g·L-1 and 4 g·L-1 were set,and set two concentrations of unicon-azole of 55 mg·L-1 and 80 mg·L-1 were applied.Each treatment was repeated three times.The re-sults showed that O2-and H2O2 contents of Robinia pseudoacacia L.in salt stress treatment was sig-nificantly higher than control,and the uniconazole treatment was significantly lower than the two salt concentrations treatments;the activities of POD,CAT,APX,and GR of Robinia pseudoacacia L.in the two concentrations of salt stress treatments were significantly higher than control,and the activi-ties of four antioxidant enzymes in uniconazole treatment were significantly higher than salt stress treatments.Under the same salt concentration conditions,the effects of the two uniconazole concen-trations on the activities of the four enzymes were at the same level.According to the comprehensive analysis,the suitable concentration of uniconazole to alleviate the salt stress of Robinia pseudoacacia L.is 55 mg·L-1.
