摘要

Abstract

2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones are characteristic products of agarwood.They have neuro-protective,cytotoxic,and antiallergic activities.The biological agarwood formation method was used to treat Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)Spreng,samples were taken.Ultra-high performance liquid chro-matography-mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS)was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones in agarwood,and 10 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones were cleaved.The results showed that 46 kinds of 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones were identified in the Shiwan sample,44 types of 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones were identified in the Xinghudao sample and the cracking patterns of four types of chromones were analyzed.Diepoxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone exhibits[M+H-CO]+fragments,mono-epoxy-5,6,7,8-tetra-hydro2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone exhibits[M+H-H2O]+,[M+H-H2O-CO]+fragments,and 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone exhibits[M+H-H2O]+and[M+H-2H2O]+fragments.Flidersia-type 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone does not exhibit these fragments.It can provide a theoretical basis for the utilization of 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone components.
