子痫前期患者发生视网膜脱离危险因素分析
Analysis of risk factors for retinal detachment in patients with preeclampsia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the risk factors of retinal detachment(RD)in patients with preeclampsia.Methods:The clinical data of 785 patients with preeclampsia were retrospectively analyzed,including 53 patients with RD(RD group)and 732 patients without RD(non-RD group).The routine blood test,liver and kidney function inde-xes,gestational age at diagnosis of preeclampsia,severe hypertension on admission,and weight gain during pregnancy were compared between the two groups to analyze the risk factors for RD.Results:Compared with the non-RD group,the RD group had significantly lower levels of platelet count and serum albumin,significantly higher levels of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,and serum uric acid,a significantly higher proportion of patients with severe hypertension on admission,and a significantly earlier gestational age at diagnosis of preeclampsia(all P＜0.05).Gestational age at diagnosis of preeclampsia＜34 weeks,severe hypertension on admission and platelet count＜150× 109/L were risk factors for RD in patients with preeclampsia(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Gestational age at di-agnosis of preeclampsia＜34 weeks,severe hypertension on admission and platelet count＜150×109/L are risk fac-tors for RD in patients with preeclampsia.关键词
