Research progress on relationship between up-regulation of EGF/EGFR expression caused by Helicobacter pylori and mechanism of gastric cancer development
摘要
Abstract
Gastric cancer(GC)is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract,with high morbidity and mor-tality.Helicobacter pylori(HP),the main pathogen of gastrointestinal tract,can promote the malignant transforma-tion of gastric cells and is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cell carcinoma.HP releases vir-ulence factors by colonization in gastric mucosa,and upregulates the expression of epidermal growth factor(EGF).EGF interacts with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)on the outer membrane of gastric cancer cells,activa-ting downstream tumor proliferation signal pathway,which has an impact on the occurrence and development of gas-tric cancer.This paper reviews the relationship between the up-regulation of EGF/EGFR expression caused by HP infection and the mechanism of gastric cancer development.关键词
