摘要

Abstract

In the context of the national implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,the paper first analyzes the actual demand of the grinding process in the rim production of a wheel manufacturing enterprise.To meet the actual needs of enterprises,based on the parameterized product design function of UG software,an innova-tive design of automatic grinding machine for rim welding points with simple structure,convenient use,high machi-ning accuracy,and high efficiency has been proposed,and a parameterized design example of bevel gear parts was provided.Its kinematic model was established,the UG simulation was conducted,and the parametric design of bevel gear parts was also given.Through practical verification,the design meets the actual needs of enterprises,reduces la-bor costs,material costs,quality costs and efficiency costs,and improves the economic benefits of enterprises.
