不同有机肥与配方肥配施对当归产量及品质的影响
Effects of Different Organic Fertilizer and Formula Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Angelica Sinensis

Abstract
In order to determine the appropriate commercial organic fertilizer and reasonable dosage of Angelica sinensis special formula fertilizer during the preparation period.In this study,the sampling randomized block experiment was designed to study the changes of root morphology,yield,index componts ferulic acid and volatile of Angelica sinensis in the preparation stage under diffrernt organic fertilizer sources and special formula fetilizer.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the commercial properties of Angelica sinensis from sheep manure,chicken manure and cow manure.When sheep manure source organic fertilizer 1 800 kg/hm2 and formula fer-tilizer 1 050 kg/hm2 were applied together,the main root length,root thickness fresh weight of radix angelica and yield were the largest.Un-der the same amount of organic fertilizer application conditions,the content of herbal extract and ferulic acid from sheep manure source hig-her than that from was chicken manure source and cow manure source.The content of volatile oil of organic fertilizer from chicken manure was the highest,and the content of extract,ferulic acid and volatile oil showed an increasing trend with the increase of organic fertilizer ap-plication amount from sheep manure.In conclusion,the application of sheep manure source organic fertilizer 1 800 kg/hm2 and special for-mula fertilizer 1 050 kg/hm2 in the preparation stage of angelica can effectively improve the yield of Angelica sinensis and ensure its quality.关键词
