北极狐、银狐血清生化指标的比较分析
Comparison Study of Serum Biochemical Parameter Between Arctic Fox and Sliver Fox
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study was to compare the effect of different age and sex conditions on serum biochemical indices between Arctic fox and Sliver fox.80 healthy Arctic fox and 80 healthy Sliver fox were randomly selected,the blood was collected from leg vein and the serum biochemical parameter were determined by an automatic biochemical analyzer.The results showed that serum liver function indexes(TP、Alb,ALP、ALT,AST、GGT、TBA、T.Bili、D.Bili)content were significantly different between the two species(P＜0.01),except AST(P=0.006)and GGT(P=0.018 3)were significantly different in sex and ALP(P=0.014 5)in age,but there were no significant differences in age and sex(P＞0.05).Blood lipid related indexes(CHO,TG,ApoA1,ApoB,HDL-C,LDL-C)content were not significantly different between the two species,except for ApoA1(P=0.892 9),but all other indexes were significantly different between the two species(P＜0.05).In gender,all other indexes were significantly different except LDL-C(P=0.180 9),except LDH activity(P＞0.05).Serum myoc-ardial(CK)activity and renal function Cre content showed significant differences between the two species and gender(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in serum Lp(A)and CHE activity between the two species(P＞0.05).The determination of serum biochemical indexes will provide data for the study of feeding and management,nutritional requirements,disease diagnosis,breeding and biological char-acteristics of Arctic and Silver foxes.There were very significant differences in liver function indexes between Arctic fox and Silver fox,and significant or extremely significant differences in blood lipid indexes except ApoA1.In addition,serum Cre of Silver foxes was signifi-cantly higher than that of Arctic foxes.The serum CK of Silver foxes was significantly lower than that of Arctic foxes.Serum LDH was sig-nificantly lower in Arctic foxes than in Silver foxes.关键词
