植物光自养微繁殖技术的发展及应用
Development and Application of Photoautotrophic Micropropagation in Plants
摘要
Abstract
Plant photoautotrophic micropropagation is a technique that takes CO2 as carbon source,and achieve the rapid production of high-quality seedlings by regulating the environmental factors that affect the growth and development of invitro seedlings.The technology is an innovative development of tissue culture,which effectively overcomes the problems of poor rooting quality and low survival rate of tradi-tional tissue culture seedlings.In this paper,the generation and development of photoautotrophic micropropagation technique at home and abroad are systematically reviewed,with emphasized on the research progress of photoautotrophic microenvironment control and the devel-opment of monitoring system,and in the meantime,the future development of this technology is also prospected,in order to provide the fun-damentals of theory and methodology for the development of seedling industry and plant molecular breeding in China.关键词
