摘要

Abstract

Digital new quality productivity,as a new paradigm for productivity innovation and transformation,is a key force in promoting high-quality economic development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022,this paper uses fixed effect model and mediation effect model to test the relationship between digital new quality productivity and high-quali-ty economic development.The results go as below:Digital new quality productivity can significantly promote high-quality econom-ic development.Digital new quality productivity can drive high-quality economic development by promoting domestic and interna-tional economic circulation.The impact of digital new quality productivity on high-quality economic development is heteroge-neous,and specifically,the impact of digital new quality productivity is more significant in the eastern region.Accelerating the de-velopment of digital new quality productivity,consolidating the foundation for high-quality economic development,focusing on building a new dual-cycle development pattern,unblocking channels for empowering digital new quality productivity,improving the mechanism for coordinated regional development,and leveraging the effectiveness of digital new quality productivity in light of local conditions will help promote high-quality economic development.
