企业数字创新对共同富裕影响的实证检验
Empirical Test of the Influence of Enterprise Digital Innovation on Common Prosperity
摘要
Abstract
This paper measures the dual impact of enterprise digital innovation on the"wealth accumulation"and"fair bene-fits"required for common prosperity,selects the relevant data from listed companies in the manufacturing industry from 2009 to 2022 to establish a regression model,and empirically tests the relationship between enterprise digital innovation and common prosperity.The results indicate that digital innovation in enterprises will promote common prosperity.Furthermore,in terms of its path of action,the active promotion of enterprise digital innovation will increase their share of labor income.However,in terms of"common"requirements,the initial implementation of enterprise digital innovation can significantly narrow the average salary gap between executives and employees.However,with the continuous improvement of enterprise digitalization level,the average salary gap between executives and employees will gradually increase,and this relationship mainly exists in large enterprises and low-tech enterprises.From the changes in the share difference of labor income among enterprises in the same industry,it can be seen that whether the enterprise undergoes digital transformation,the depth and validity of digital transformation will significantly affect the labor income of the members,presenting a two-end clustering effect of"the strong get stronger and the weak get weaker".关键词
