摘要

Abstract

Due to the large demand for temperature monitoring points in CAFe devices,a large number of signal transmission cables will be generated if wired monitoring method is adopted,which will increase the complexity of wiring around the device and lead to difficulties in troubleshooting other devices.Therefore,wireless temperature monitoring method should be adopted.A wireless temperature monitoring system based on ZigBee technology is designed,which is mainly composed of data acquisition layer,transmission control layer and user layer.In the system,ZigBee wireless data transmission station E180-DTU module is used to topology multiple temperature monitoring points into a wireless sensor network(WSN),which is connected to the EPICS(experimental physics and industrial control system)control network by the serial port server.Then,the StreamDevice is used to support the development of IOC(input/output controller)program,so as to obtain and issue the temperature of each node in the network.Finally,the upper-layer client is used to perform global real-time display and alarm of the temperature monitoring data.By setting up different wireless network topologies,the system can easily cope with the temperature monitoring needs of different scales.At present,the prototype system has been used for the temperature monitoring of the RFQ(radio frequency quadrupole)and MEBT(medium-energy beam-transport)sections of the accelerator,and has been extended to monitor several ambient temperature monitoring points in the equipment room,so it has a certain application value.
