人卵丘颗粒细胞线粒体与胚胎质量的关系研究
Study on the relationship between mitochondria of human cumulus granulosa cells and embryo quality

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between human cumulus granulosa cells(CGCs)mitochondria and embryo quality and developmental potential.Methods:From October 2022 to October 2023,60 patients who underwent IVF/ICSI assisted pregnancy in the Reproductive Center of the 940th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force were selected as the research objects.The CGCs on the day of egg retrieval were collected and cultured in vitro,and they were divided into three groups according to the high-quality embryo rate corresponding to CGCs on the third day(D3)after egg retrieval:Group A(high quality embryo rate<1/3),Group B(1/3<high quality embryo rate>2/3)and Group C(high quality embryo rate>2/3).By observing and comparing the differences between CGCs in mitochondrial distribution,mito-chondrial membrane potential(MMP),reactive oxygen species(ROS)level,mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)copy number and intracellular adenosine triphosphate(ATP)level,their effects on embryo quality were evaluated.Results:Compared with group C,the ATP、MMP of CGCS in group A and group B decreased significantly,and the level of ROS increased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mitochondrial distribu-tion rate and mtDNA copy number among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The levels of mitochondrial ATP,MMP and ROS in human cumulus granulosa cells can be used to predict embryo quality.关键词
